The Wellington has a range of facilities to meet everyone’s needs. We have comfy lounge areas for the use of our guests. With sofas, TV’s, open fires and views down to Boscastle Harbour, these are great places to relax, read the paper or chat over a delicious Cornish Cream Tea. We have our “Snug” area just off the Bar and a games room where kids can play or watch the TV.

Behind the Hotel is our beer garden – a hidden gem. If you fancy a short walk, you can take a stroll through the 10 acres of gardens and woodland that sit beyond the beer garden. The beautiful woodland walks take you up to The Artist’s Chair, one of the best viewing points in Boscastle where you can see over the Cornish coastal path far out to sea.

Hotel Bedrooms

The Wellington has 14 bedrooms; 12 rooms with en-suite bath or en-suite shower and 2 Turret rooms with en-suite bath and shower. All rooms have TV’s, telephones and wi-fi access. Bottled water, Fairtrade tea and coffee and tempting Cornish biscuits together with the necessary equipment to make hot drinks are available in every room. The Turret rooms are also supplied with luxury bathrobes.

3 Stunning Apartments

THE WELLINGTON MILL

The Old Mill, next to the Inn, was originally part of The Wellington. The two buildings have now been re-united and The Old Mill has been converted into three fantastic hotel serviced apartments. The apartments have one or two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen area. They will sleep from 2 to 6 people.

Meeting Room - available for hire

Business Facilities

Our meeting space in The Wellington can accommodate business events for up to 8 people. The meeting room is equipped with TV Screen, WiFi and a printer. Packages including drinks and food can be arranged. Dogs are welcome

Dogs and Pets

The Wellington is a dog friendly Hotel and dogs are welcome in the bar and dining areas. We ask that all dogs are kept under control and preferably on a lead, while in the hotel. If staying with us, a dog bed, bowl and towel will be provided in your room. There is a small charge for this. Other pets can be accepted, subject to arrangement in advance.

If you have any special requests, then please let us know. We will do what we can to help. We have a 22 Kw EV charging point available in our car park. This is for the use of our guests on a first come first served basis. A charge is payable for use of this service. We have drying facilities both in the Hotel and The Mill for wet walking gear.
