
Our dining experience reflects a 2 AA Rosette kitchen serving modern European cuisine with a touch of classic French cooking – just think superb food but without the fuss.
Food is our passion and we are committed to running our bar and dining in a sustainable and responsible way. The kitchen team, led by Head Chef Kit Davis, uses fresh local produce prepared and served in a simple and enjoyable way. Not only do we support local farmers and fishermen but we also grow herbs and vegetables in the hotel’s kitchen garden.
As all our food is freshly prepared, we will happily cater for a variety of dietary requirements; from vegetarian to gluten free. Let us have a little notice and we can design a personal menu for you and your fellow diners.
